Reservations
Scheduling may be done at the Spa, by phone at 508.790.1212, by fax at 508.778.9209 or by email at info@journeystudioandspa.com.

We recommend you schedule appointments for multiple services at least one week in advance for your preferred times. A credit card will reserve your appointment for any Spa Package or service(s) totaling 45 minutes or longer.

Cancellation Policy
For everyone’s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package, for multiple services, or for parties of three or less. Larger parties require more notice of cancellation. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you. All no shows will be charged at full value.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first Spa Treatment to insure your full service. By arriving early, you’ll be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee your full service.

Facilities
You are invited to enjoy our spa facilities. The relaxing lounges, complimentary teas and fruits, lockers, robes, slippers and personal amenities are offered for use with Spa Services. Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuable into the Spa. We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles. In consideration of all our guests, cellular phones are not permitted in the spa.

Gift Certificates
Studio and Spa gift certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount and are transferable, but non-refundable.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and personal checks. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks. Purchased spa products may be returned unopened within 14 days for a merchandise credit.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. However, at your discretion, Journey’s personnel graciously accepts gratuities. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done, or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.

Series or Package Cards
Many of our Classes and Services are more beneficial when performed on a regular basis. Please see the Price and Class Schedule to see which package best fits your needs. Series and Package Cards are ideal for gift giving.

All Classes and Spa Services are offered a-la-carte, unless purchased using Series or Package pricing.

Journey VIP Club Card
This VIP Card is available for $49.99 per year. Holders of this card receive $1.00 reward for every $10.00 spent. Reward dollars may be applied to any service, product, or gift certificate purchase.

Corporate Gifts & Incentives
The appropriate corporate gift for any occasion is available at Journey. Our wide selection of classes and services gives employees, clients, and colleagues the executive treatment. Please phone the Spa Director at 508.790.1212 to make arrangements.
