Cancellation Policy
For everyone¡¦s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package, for multiple services, or for parties of three or less. Larger parties require more notice of cancellation. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the full retail value of the service reserved for you. All no shows will be charged at full value.
